Step 10: We Start Our Non-Destructive Test, On All Of Your Internal Drivetrain Components, Such as Your Spiral Bevel Gear Sets, And Your Helical Gear Sets, Before We Install Them to Make Sure Your Gearbox Goes Back Better then New.
Step 11: We start Assembling Your Gear Reducer, By Installing All It’s Internal Components Such as Gears, Bearings, Seals, Gaskets.
Step 12: Once Your Gearbox Is Completely Assembled, We Will Begin Our Extensive Testing Program By Pre-Testing It To Simulate Running Conditions, While Your Gearbox Is At Our Testing Station, We Will Be Monitoring Bearing Temperatures, And Vibrations To Ensure Your Gear Reducer Is Running at 100% Optimal Performance.
Step 13: Your Gear Reducer Is Ready To Receive An Exterior Epoxy Paint Job, And It Is Sent To Shipping and Receiving For Shipment!
